You can return this product for a refund, within 7 days after receiving your original order, under the following situations:

• Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised
• Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery
• Item is not consumable
• Item does not belong to the following categories: Imported On-order products; certain Sale products.

How to return this product?

Contact Customer Service at (0321)-40 41 244 or sales@crushingmart.pk to confirm that your product is eligible for return.

We will explain to you the return procedure, and either arrange for our courier partners to pick-up the product, or confirm the nearest service provider location where you can drop-off the product.

What are the required conditions?

Please see below conditions for your return request to be accepted:

• product is still in its original packaging
• product is in its original condition and unused
• product is not damaged
• product label/seal must be intact if there is
• product includes all accessories, tags or free promotional items that came with the purchase including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity etc

The products in your possession are your responsibility until they are picked up by our driver or arranged for our courier partners to pick-up the products. Any product that is not properly packed or is damaged will not be eligible for a return, so make sure they are properly taken care of prior to the return.

What are the next steps?

Once your return request is done, we will contact you to arrange retrieval of the product.

Once the product is retrieved, we will proceed to examination.

• In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you without refund.
• If examination conclusive and conditions respected, we will proceed to refund within maximum 14 business days post retrieval product.
